Chef/Cook.
We are looking for a Chef / Cook who will support and work together with our Head Chef and kitchen team. You’ll be involved in many aspects of kitchen operations whilst serving 2 bars with 2 different menus - from preparing, cooking, plating and delivering food service to managing stock levels and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. You will be working with fresh produce to create our own recipes and dishes, using high-tech equipment in our focused and composed environment.
Honesty, reliability, professionalism and a great work ethic is what we are looking for, coupled with relevant skills and experience in a commercial kitchen. Your level of experience will determine the level of appointment and remuneration.

Bar Team Member.
This front of house role includes looking after our guests by providing warm hospitality with excellent customer service whilst they drink, dine and celebrate with us. You’ll be involved in many aspects of the day-to-day running of our two bars, from bar tending and cellar management to waiting and keeping the site presentable for our lovely guests.
Honesty, reliability and a warm personality is what we are looking for, coupled with a great work ethic, professionalism and a hard-working attitude.
We welcome people whose career is already in hospitality and also those who aspire to have a career in this field.
Professional experience is not essential as full training is given.
Must be 18 or older.
