Mother’s Day 2026.

Mother's Day

at The King's Head.

Spend time with family in one of Britain’s oldest pub

This Mother’s Day, Sunday 15th March, join us at The King’s Head for a relaxed and memorable celebration in the heart of Aylesbury. Whether you gather in the welcoming warmth of the Farmers’ Bar or choose the historic surroundings of our Great Hall, Mother’s Day is the perfect excuse to slow down, share good food, and enjoy time together over a proper Sunday roast.

We’ll be serving special Mother’s Day three-course set menus in both bars (with slightly different dishes in each), featuring seasonal starters, beautifully prepared roasts and indulgent desserts. Our Mother’s Day dining is available 12pm–4pm, and Mum will receive a complimentary glass of beer, wine or soft drink when she chooses our three-course menu.

Booking and a deposit are required, and we strongly recommend reserving early to avoid disappointment.
