Live Theatre in The Courtyard

Shakespeare 'Bard from the Pub'.

Our glorious cobbled courtyard will be once again part of this year’s Buckinghamshire Shakespeare Festival, where Queens Park Arts Centre’s Unbound Theatre will perform a ligh-hearted celebratory show, ‘Bard form the pub’.

Written and Directed by Dario Knight, and performed by local actors, this performance will be a great way to immerse into the world of Shakespeare with a whole host of speeches, scenes, sonnets, and songs in celebration of Shakespeare’s unique take on pubs, alehouses, and drinking in general!

From the antics of Falstaff in the Boar’s Head Tavern to Sir Toby’s drunken revels in Illyria, this raucous and lively show is a testament to how the Bard of Avon belongs to everyone (especially those who like a tipple).

Courtyard tables are available on a first come basis, so do arrive early, grab lunch and drinks from our Courtyard Menu and enjoy the performance.
