We collect your data when you make a booking with us or sign up to our marketing messages. When making a booking with us, we may keep your data for up to one year after the date of booking so that we can provide you with the best customer service possible. If you sign up to our marketing emails, we will keep your data until you request otherwise. All of our marketing emails are on a strict ‘opt-in only’ basis, we will never sign you up without your consent. You can request that we erase your data at anytime. Your data is stored securely whether online or offline.
When processing a booking we will take your contact details (Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address) so that we can keep you updated with the status of your booking, menu choices etc. We only hold credit/debit card details with your permission and whilst a payment is pending.

We will never sell your details to third parties. Sometimes we may need to pass on your details to complete orders, but we will always seek your permission first.
